This invention has been tested and checked in ministry of ( Industry, Petroleum, Civil defense and Health) and Registered with the European Union under No.B27K3/ 52( IPC1-7) .Now this invention has been tested in " Intertek" Laboratory , San Antonio, Texas, USA . This invention is also registered in the house of patent family-Germany.
